Jon Ossie

Jon’s finance expertise and business management talents have been sharpened by a decade spent consulting mostly with IBM in their Financial Services Global Business Services division. Beyond leadership roles in management consulting, his career has engaged him across a broad spectrum of business development, strategy and operations, focused in software for healthcare, insurance and financial services.

Jon has been instrumental in teams of all sizes, from one of the first 10 employees in a software startup which was strategically acquired, to successfully steering projects at multiple key clients including the worlds largest commercial insurer, and numerous fortune 10/100/500 companies. Jon has been responsible for driving digital transformations, solving complex business problems for enterprise companies, leading multi-billion dollar insurer core financial and customer software implementations across multiple time zones and continents, helping to improve customer engagement, business performance, retention and ultimately profits.  

Jon has also ran Enterprise Sales for Oracle and CA Technologies and spent time in finance holding a Series 65. 

Strategy Advisor at The Brink Innovation Center, University of San Diego, Small Business Development Center. Jon is a founding member helping advise strategy to the center’s technology focused clients. In 2019 his client teams raised $23M+ in capital infusion and created numerous jobs in the local community.
